A traffic stop on North Locust Avenue resulted in an arrest.

According to reports, a deputy with the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department initiated the stop after wirnessing  the driver failed to stop at a stop sign.

The vehicle  was occupied by two suspects, one identified as Danny Ray Minor, age 46, of Lawrenceburg, who had an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Minor was transported to the Lawrence County Jail, where he was found to be in possession of approximately one gram of a white crystal like substance believe to be methamphetamine and $311.97 in cash.

Minor was then charged with possession of meth for resale.
