A two-vehicle crash Saturday claimed the lives of two people in Lawrenceburg.

The crash occurred around 3pm near the Highway 43 / Highway 64 intersection. 

Three medical helicopters were dispatched to the scene, and authorities later announced that two individuals had died. 

The identities of those involved have not yet been released. 

The investigation into the crash is currently ongoing through the Lawrenceburg Police Department and Tennessee Highway Patrol.
