Seniors at Ardmore High School will conduct a Senior Celebration Parade for the community Tuesday night, May 19th.

The celebration parade is sponsored by The Greater Ardmore Chamber of Commerce, the City of Ardmore and the Town of Ardmore

Beginning at 6:30 p.m. students will depart Ardmore High School walking with the Ardmore Police leading the Parade.

Seniors will proceed down Ardmore Avenue to Main Street, turn right where they will pass KFC/Taco Bell turn left on Hwy 110 in front of Butler Realty then turn left again on Elk Street, turn left again on Austin Street, and turn right back on to Main Street.

The parade will continue on Main past First National Bank, under the underpass, continuing to the end of the Piggly Wiggly parking lot, turn right and go toward the City of Ardmore Park where they will disperse and meet family members to be picked up.

Students are encouraged to wear their cap and gowns, comfortable shoes, and carry a sign or poster to identify themselves.

Community members are encouraged to bring signs and banners to cheer for the seniors.

The pandemic has caused the senior class the miss most of what would have been many senior moments and opportunities that come with a senior year.

Bring your good wishes, banners, signs and hopes for these resourceful students as they are the feature of the Senior Celebration Parade.
