26 year old Antonio M. Porter was the victim in a shooting incident on Saturday evening in the 700 block of Childers Street.

 Porter was treated at the 4:30 p.m. shooting and flown to Huntsville Hospital where he under went emergency surgery from his injuries.

Porter is now in the critical care unit at the Huntsville Hospital in stable condition.  

According to Investigator Joey Turner, this has been a lengthy investigation and is currently ongoing led by Investigator Gerrod Shirey.

Shirey has been assisted by the Criminal Investigations Unit and members of the Pulaski Police Department.  

No arrest at this time.
