Gerald  Griffin Stevenson, 30, of Pulaski was bound over to the Giles County Grand Jury  during General Sesisons Court.
Charges that will be reviewed by the grand jury includes   two  counts  violation  of  probation,  driving  while  license  revoked,  possession  of  drug paraphernalia, two counts  simple  possession/casual  exchange,  meth  violation  with  intent,  possession  of  a  firearm with  the  intent  to  go  armed  during  the  commission  of  a  dangerous  felony
Stevenson was ordered to  serve 11 months 29 days with credit  for  time  served,  ordered  to  pay  court  costs on  two  counts  violation  of  probation and  revoked ordered.
The First offense DUI charge was amended  to  second  offense driving under the influence.
Stevenson remains in the Giles County Jail.
