Sunday and Monday evening storms caused power outages and trees down throughout Giles County.
The storms tore up trees, took down power lines, and caused widespread damage throughout the county.
The strong, straight line winds of 60 to 80 miles per hour left PES customers without power at the peak.
PES had bucket trucks and crews working Sunday and Monday nights to repair and replace power lines in Pulaski and Giles County..
According to Road Superintendent Barry Hyatt, there were more than 40 trees across roads in the county that have since been cleared.
All crews are being careful practicing safe distancing and residents are advised to avoid the areas where workers are present.
