Columbia State Community College is offering an admissions recruiter hotline through Zoom for individuals with questions about applying to Columbia State and those wanting to learn more about the college’s academic programs.
Although college faculty and staff are working remotely, admissions recruiters are still available to work with students digitally.
Recruiters are available Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to answer your questions.
In addition, adult learners can sign up for a Tennessee Reconnect virtual information session. Tennessee Reconnect is a last-dollar scholarship that allows eligible adults to attend Columbia State tuition-free.
New and returning students who have not yet applied to Columbia State must submit an application by May 15th for the summer semester and by August 7th for the fall semester. A returning student is someone who has previously attended Columbia State, but is not currently enrolled.
The summer semester begins June 1st, with a second summer term slated to begin July 6th. Fall semester classes start August 24th.
At this time, summer classes will be limited to online and live-streaming courses only.
On-ground classes may be added to the summer schedule at a later date.
