An Indiana Woman was killed in a Sunday fatal crash in Giles County..  
Emergency personnel were sent to the scene on Highway 64 near Highway 166 intersection just before 6 p.m.
Initial reports indicate the vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a mailbox, road sign, an uphill embankment and a tree.
The vehicle was driven by Telina Morris, age 35, of Franklin, Indiana, who died from injuries sustained in the accident.
The accident is being investigated by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
