Giles County Historical Society Quarterly meeting is Sunday at 2 pm in the Giles County Public Library.

Tony L. Turnbow, a well-known author will be the guest speaker.

Turnbow will discuss his latest book, “Hardened to Hickory” the missing chapter in Andrew Jackson’s life.

This informative meeting and book signing will be a joint meeting with the Giles County Public Library.

You do not have to be a member to attend and the meeting is free.

Members have asked everyone to join them in learning some little-known facts about Andrew Jackson’s life.
