The 26 day-old baby girl  found during an investigation to be malnourished continues to improve at a local hospital.

According to police reports,  Victor Frank Davila and his wife Autumn Dawn have been charged with Aggravated Child Abuse and neglect.

The baby was immediately taken from the home to a hospital for treatment and other children of the Davila's were taken into custody by the Department of Children's Services.

Bond was set at $150,000 each and court appearance will be May 23.
