A Kelso, Tennessee man  was arrested for DUI today (Friday) during a stop by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Richard Edward Frazier, 60, was also charged with Violation of Implied Consent Law and Driving while license was revoked.

He is in the Giles County Jail in lieu of a $2,750 bond and is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on April 23 at 8:30 a.m.

Trooper Ashton Cotner was the arresting officer.

Also, Pulaski Police Department arrested Dimayo Lamar Birdsong, 28,  and charged him with possession of cocaine/crack for resale.

Birdsong's is jailed under a $100,000 bond and will appear in court on April 23.

Arresting officer was Patrolman Justin Young.
