Gary Franklin Holley, of Pulaski, passed away peacefully at the age of 69 on Monday, March 12th, 2018 at Southern Regional Healthcare System of Pulaski. He was a Giles County native, born in Pulaski on December 12th, 1948. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved farming, carpentry, working on cars, camping, and trail riding with his beloved horses. He was also a very loving family man; a devoted husband, kind father and grandfather, and caring brother.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 14th from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. A celebration of life will take place on Thursday, March 15th at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Scotts Hill Cemetery.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Lupus Foundation of America.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Niles Nathan and Emmer Lea Hannah Holley, and brother Ted Holley.

He is survived by his:

Wife of 51 years, Kay Holley of Pulaski.

Daughter, Shannon (Troy) Baxter of Pulaski.

Daughter, Susan (Robert Tomes) Holley of Virginia

Grandson, Matthew (Chrissy) Baxter of Pulaski

Granddaughter, Kayla Baxter of Pulaski

Sister, Joan McGee of Pulaski

Sister, Cheryl Ralston of Bodenham

 Brother, Nathan (Beverly) Holley of Alabama

Close friend, Don Thomas and Family of Lewisburg

Several nieces, nephews, and friends also survive.
