Choates Creek United  Methodist  Church has erected a “Blessing Box” in an effort for the community.
The Blessing Box has been built at the rear of the church on the edge of the parking lot and will be stocked with essential foods and other necessary items to aid residents in the community during their time of need.
The box will be open 24/7 to anyone and everyone who is in need of essential food items.  There is no charge for items taken from the box.
Everyone in need of food or other staples can simply open the doors of the box and take what they need.
There are no obligations expected or required. Take what you need, bring what you can, but above all be blessed is the mission of the Blessing Box.
No payment is expected and none will be asked for.
Any person wishing to donate to the Choates Creek project is most welcome, but none are being requested.
The church is located at 125 Choates Creek  Road. For more information, call the Reverand Linnette Flood at 615-308-3547.
