An Ardmore man was arrested today (Friday) by the Giles County Sheriff's Department and taken to the Giles County Jail on theft charges.
Robert Lane Mitchell, age 30, was charged with vandalism, Violation of Probation in General Sessions Court, Theft of Property, and Burglary.
He is being held without bond in the Giles County Jail on the violation charge and bond was set at $9,000 on the other charges.
Mitchell is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on July 28th at 8 a.m.
Bailee Cardell, age 31, of Ardmore, was arrested by the Pulaski Police Department and charged with Schedule II Drug Violation.
Bond was set at $40,000 and Cardell is to appear in court on June 22nd at 8:30 a.m.
