In today’s COVID-19 update from the Tennessee Department of Health, the state is now listing 26,071 total positive cases, with 17,124 now listed as recovered, 1,923 hospitalizations, and 417 confirmed deaths.

Giles County has increased to 17 patients with 11 recovered. In counties contiguous to Giles; Maury County has increased to 115 cases, Marshall has increased to 36, Lawrence has increased 36, and Lincoln has increased to 32.

Shelby County has the most in Tennessee with 5,812 and there are 5,742 cases in Davidson County.
