An Ethridge man was arrested Thursday and booked in the Giles County Jail.

William Braxton Johnson, 25, was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Violation of the Consent Law and Possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Johnson will appear in General Sessions Court on June 30 at 8 a.m.

In a separate arrest,  Charles Earl Holton, 25, of Ethridge, was charged with resisting arrest and aggravated criminal trespass.

Holton will appear in court on July 7th.
