Giles County joins 88 other Tennessee counties today in taking the first step in reopening the county and state's economy.
Beginning today, the guidelines call for 50 percent capacities at both restaurants and retail establishments.
Key for restaurants in Giles County will be six-foot distancing, closed bar areas and no live music at this time.
For retail stores, gloves, masks, delivery and curbside pickup and dedicated shopping times for seniors and others will be important.
