There is some good news for college students in Tennessee federal funding for colleges and universities across the state has been released.
Receiving the federal funding locally is Tennessee College of Applied Technology Pulaski with $131,778; Martin Methodist College, $481,731 and Columbia State Community College, $1,642,610.
The federal government announced this week 127 schools would receive $237 million dollars to help students impacted by COVID-19.
This will be the first wave of emergency grants to help to support students impacted by the pandemic.
