The  Giles County Help Center  and  volunteers  will  continue  to  serve  the  citizens  of  the  county  during  these  difficult  times,  but there will be some changes due to COVID-19 outbreak.
The  center  is now taking applications  by  telephone  and  operate  by  appointment only  for  pick-up  of  food and  supplies.
Non-essential volunteers are being  asked  to  stay  at  home to help to prevent contact.
If  anyone would  like  to  make donations, some of  the  things  most  needed would be pasta and  noodles,  soups,  Hamburger  Helper  type  mixes,  cereal,  oatmeal,  canned  ravioli and spaghetti along with frozen pizzas and toaster pastries.
Hours  at  the  center  are  10  a.m. until 2  p.m.  Monday thru Thursday.
To make a  donation,  call  the  center  at  363-8655 to make arrangements.
