Giles County remained at three patients who have tested positive for COVID-19, coronavirus, as of 2 p.m. Thursday,  according to the Tennessee Department of Health website, Tn.gov/health.
Two additional negative tests were reported, bringing the total of people testing negative for COVID-19 in Giles County to 72 .
Postive and negative test results in Tennessee counties contiguous to Giles are: Lawrence,  two positive, 104 negative; Lincoln, two positive, 46 negative; Marshall two positive.
COVID-19 case count for Tennessee is now 2,845 as of Thursday including 32 deaths, 263 hospitalizations and 220 recovered.
Tennessee remains under Executive Order 22 by Gov. Bill Lee which directs Tennesseans to stay home unless engaged in essential activities, limiting their exposure to and spread of COVID-19.
