A rock slide in Giles County caused the southbound lane of Interstate 65 to be blocked at the 8 mile marker for approximately 4 hours.

Tennessee Department of Transportation reported the lanes were cleared around 9:30pm Sunday night.

No accidents nor injuries were reported.
