The All-Stop Market located at 13307 Columbia Hwy, in Lynnville was reported to have been victim of a burglary early Wednesday morning.

Multiple windows were vandalized, leading to the theft of thousands of dollars of merchandise.

Investigators worked alongside Patrol Deputies reviewing video surveillance footage, and tracking down a suspicious vehicle that appeared to have gotten stuck on the property.

Investigators concluded that the vehicle in question was actually stolen and was driven to the market by the suspect.

Video surveillance footage led investigators to the suspect’s residence where Investigator Shane Hunter stated the property stolen from All Stop Market was recovered. The suspect turned out to be a juvenile and is facing charges for Felony, Burglary, Theft and Vandalism, along with several misdemeanor traffic offenses.

Giles County Sheriff Kyle Helton said he would like to commend his staff on their swift action regarding the Burglary and Vandalism of the market in Lynnville. Quick actions led to closing this case along with the recovery of the stolen property,” Helton added.
