Kimesia (Ki) Christenbury Chiles was born in Boone, N.C.

Ki graduated from West Hills High School, graduated from UT with a degree in Home Economics & Child Development. She was active in many clubs, and was a member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. In 1971, Ki and Bruce, along with Bruce’s parents, purchased Coffman Oil, which became Chiles Oil, and moved to Pulaski. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pulaski.

Survivors include her husband, Walter Bruce Chiles of Pulaski, daughter, Kimesia Chiles Isbell and husband Terry of Louisiana, son, Preston West Chiles and wife, Teresa of Pulaski, sister, Frances Pomeroy of Texas, brother, Edward Christenbury and wife Sue of Florida,1 brother-in-law and sister-in-law, 1 step- grandchild, several nieces and nephews and friends also survive.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to First United Methodist Church, 200 West Jefferson Street, Pulaski, TN 38478, or the Giles County Public Library, 122 S 2nd Street, Pulaski, TN 38478.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August23rd from 1:30 until 3:00 at First United Methodist Church Pulaski.

Services will be at 3:00pm.

Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
