William Edward Cross, Sr. died Friday, May 12th, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia. He was a member of Dixon Chapel Cumberland Presbyterian Church, graduated from Bridgeforth High School. He was a Jr. Pro football coach, basketball coach at St. Vincent DePaul High School, and a Co-Chairman of the Deacon Board, and a Deacon.
Survivors include his wife Ara Reynolds Cross of Pulaski, daughter, Roslyn and husband Ken Streeter of Pulaski, and son, William Cross, Jr. of LaVergne, 1 Grandson, 2 Granddaughters, 6 Great Grandchildren, Brother, Robert Lee and wife Caulyne Cross of Pulaski, and Carol Wade of Pulaski. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.
Visitation will be Friday, May 19th, 2023 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm and Saturday, May 20th, 2023 from 11:00am until 12:00pm.
Services will be at Noon, May 20th, 2023 at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
