Fred Dalton Stovall, Jr., age 82 of Pulaski, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020.
He was born July 14, 1937 to the late Fred Dalton Stovall, Sr. and Louise Lee Abernathy Stovall and served in the United States Army and the Tennessee National Guard. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Stovall McCoy.
He is survived by his daughter, Kathy Stovall Harvey and her husband, Tony of Rogersville, AL, his grandson, Will Oglesby, and his granddaughter, Katie Oglesby.
Fred was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pulaski, the Sons of the American Revolution, the Descendants of Washington's Army at Valley Forge, the General Society of the War of 1812, the Military Order of the Stars and Bars, and the Sons of Confederate Veterans.
He taught School, mostly math, about 38 years at schools including Elkton, Bodenham, Gordon Lee High in Chickamauga, GA, Etheridge, and Ingram Sowell in Lawrenceburg.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Maplewood Cemetery in Pulaski. Social Distancing Guidelines are  strongly encouraged for those in attendance.
