Arvil Knox Chapman, Jr. of Pulaski died on Monday He was born in Pulaski and was 79 years old.

He was a veteran of the U.S.Army and a Member of the Mount Moriah Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Visitation will be 11:00 to 2:00 Thursday, at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

The funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm on Thursday in the Chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Nave officiating.

Burial with full military honors follows at Maplewood Cemetery. Survivors include his wife Nancy Lentz Chapman of Pulaski. Two sons Arvil Knox Chapman, III of Waynesboro. Michael T.  Chapman of White House, TN. Two sisters, Nelle Chapman Greene and Mary Knox Chapman Trapp, six grandchildren, and four great grandchildren
