Roy Munson retired from the Air Force, he died on Saturday at age 83 at his home.

He is survived by his son, Steve Munson and wife Linda of Pulaski, his daughter, Teresa Munson of Spring Hill, his sister, Irene Hansen of Iowa two grandchildren, and one great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.

His ashes are to be buried at his wife’s grave in Stella Cemetery.  He requested no flowers, but instead to send donations to the Nashville Ronald McDonald House: 2144 Fairfax Ave., Nashville TN 37212 or the Veterans Groups: Giles Veterans Alliance- P.O. Box 1071, Pulaski TN 38478.
