Virgil Rayburn Lewis, age 82, died Tuesday at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was a resident of Lynnville.

A celebration of life will be conducted at 2pm this afternoon at the Graymere Church.

Burial will follow in Lynnwood Cemetery.

Memorials are suggest to Graymere Church of Christ Mission Work, 1320 Trotwood Avenue, Columbia TN 38401.

Survivors include his wife, Johnsie Marie McMurry Lewis, son, Brent K Lewis and wife Kristi, of Lynnville, daughter, Vickie Lynne Mantooth and husband Greg of Lewisburg, brothers, William K Lewis and wife Jo of Harvest and Clyde Lee Lewis and wife Darlene of Virginia, Six grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren also survive.
