A recent survey ranked the states with the highest job resignation rates in 2024.

Tennessee ranked just outside the top ten at number 12 with a resignation rate of 2.5% in the latest month and 2.91% over the last year.

States with the highest resignation rates were, 1. Delaware, 2. Alaska, 3. South Carolina, 4. Montana and 5. Wyoming.
