Customers of Fairview Utility District were notified on January 19th, 2024 of a problem with our drinking water and were advised to boil their water before using for consumption.
We are pleased to report that as of January 31st, 2024 the problem has been corrected and that it is no longer necessary to boil your water before using for consumption. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Fairview Utility District has collected bacteriological samples and took pressure readings throughout the impacted areas. In addition, the water pressure is back to normal readings and all samples have been tested negative.
