The Giles County Health Department and UT Extension office is offering Living Well with Chronic Conditions Program.

The program will be every Tuesday from February 11th until March 17th at the Giles County Agricultural Park from 4 until 6 PM.

The Living Well with Chronic Conditions Program will teach how to manage a person symptoms, fight fatigue and pain, manage medications and prevent health problems.
