A Giles County man was arrested by the Pulaski Police Department on drug charges and booked in the Giles County Jail.

Joey Lynn Neal, 35, of Frankewing, was charged with possession of Meth for resale, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Schedule 4 Drug violation and shoplifting.

Neal remains in jail in lieu of a 22,000 bond.

Brian Eugene Speer, 56, of Branderburg, Kentucky, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and open container law.

Speer is to appear in General Sessions court on January 28th.

Christopher Ryan Griffis, 34, of ELkton, was arrested by the Giles County Sheriff's Department and charged with Aggravated and Domestic Assault.

Griffis is being held in jail without bond.
