JCF Housements, specializing in premier manufactured homes, has selected Fayetteville-Lincoln County for its southern manufacturing facility.

The company’s capital investment is estimated at $10 million and will create 250 jobs over the next 12 to 18 months, according to a joint announcement by the company and the Fayetteville-Lincoln County Industrial Development Board.

JCF Housements has completed the purchase of Fayetteville-Lincoln County’s newest speculative building, an 80,000-square-foot facility, located at 63 East Park Drive in Fayetteville.
