A traffic stop Wednesday night resulted in the arrest of a Hueytown, Alabama man.

Tennessee Highway Trooper Randy McDonald initiated a traffic stop just after 9 p.m. and charged the driver, Christopher Harris, age 48, with Driving under the Influence, Schedule 1 Drug Violation, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Firearm Used in Dangerous Felony.

He was booked in the Giles County jail and bond was set at $10,500.

Harris is to appear in General Session Court on January 14th.
