Members of the following Giles County Commission committees are reminded of upcoming meetings in the basement boardroom of the Giles County Courthouse Annex on West Madison Street .

The School Committee will meet at 9 a.m. Monday, January 13th to discuss Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and other business.

A Public Service and Ethics committee will meet Thursday, January 16th at 8:45 a.m.

On the Ethics agenda is the Election of Officers followed by the Public Service meeting at 9 a.m. to discuss an update from the Animal Shelter, Giles County Human Association and Review of the Airport.

The Insurance Committee will meet Friday, January 17th to review current insurance and any other business.
