A Delrose woman was arrested Monday by Giles County Sherrif's Deputy Emmett Sloane and charged with Rape of a Child.

Misty Rose Brown, 33, was also charged with Child Abuse and Neglect, and Failure to Appear.

She is being held in jail without bond until her court date on December 20th.

At this time Deputy Sloane cannot release any information because case involves juveniles and is an ongoing investigation.

This is an ongoing investigation and no details can be released other than she was charged and arrested.

Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper Ashton Cotner arrested Katrinia Lynn Carden of Minor Hill during a routine stop.

Carden was charged with Scheduled 11 Drug Violation, Driving under the Influence, Violation of Implied Consent Law and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.

She is in jail in lieu of bonds totaling $53,000 and is scheduled in court on December 12th.
