First Baptist Church of Ardmore will be the drop off location this year for Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Shoeboxes.

Families, churches, community groups and businesses can drop off their shoebox gifts during the designated times. These small gifts will be sent around the world to hurting children through the Operation Christmas Child program of Samaritan's Purse.

Collection hours are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, November 18, 20 and 22, from 3 until 6 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday, 4 until 7 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 10 a.m. until 12 p.m.; Sunday, November 24, 2 until-4 p.m.; and Monday, November 25, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m.

"This is an incredible opportunity to reach children who have nothing and bring joy into their lives," said Amanda Shaw, coordinator of the OCC program at First Baptist Ardmore. "This is also a way to show them the love and free gift of Jesus."
