A local man has been arrested by the Pulaski Police Department and charged him on multiple assault charges.

Dennis Lane Abernathy, 63, was arrested by Officer Jereme Robinson and charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault and 2 counts of domestic assault.

Abernathy is to appear in General Sessions court tomorrow (Thursday) at 8:30 a.m.

He remains in the Giles County Jail under bonds totaling $9,000.
