Minor Hill Police Officer Zach Powell arrested Michael Lane Word, 43 today during a routine stop and charged him with driving on revoked license.

Word was taken to the Giles County Jail and bond was set at $750 and he is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on May 21.

In other arrest, Giles County Sheriff's Department Deputy Billy Darrell Grenko arrested Michael Carson Cantrell, 39 and charged him with aggravated assault.

Bond was set at $10,000 and will appear in court on May 21.
