The Pulaski Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a three percent raise for City Administrator Terry Harrison during a Tuesday session.

On a five point scale,  the board earlier scored Harrison with a 4.73 on his evaluation.

The board approved and issued parade permits for The Outlook ,  Kathy’s Tavern, Benchmark Physical Therapy, Giles County Band Backers, and Cruzin’ For Cody.

Also, during the session a resolution was approved to allow Mayor Pat Ford to sign a letter accepting the widening project on Highway 31 South.

Resolution was also adopted to give unused property near the Boys and Girls Club to the club. The city owns the tract of land and asked if the club moves from this location the land comes back to the city.

Another resolution adopted was to appropriate $200,000 to the Giles County School System.

Harwell said she supported this resolution, but would like to see the money go to classrooms, teachers and not to the administration office.

On first reading,  the board approved to rezone  Integrity property from R-1,a large residential lot to I-1, light industrial.  The public hearing will be May 28 at 12:05 p.m.
