A Pulaski man facing murder charges is on the plea docket in Circuit Court this week.

Jonathan Darrell Dimarco, 36, was indicted last year on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated assault and unlawful possession of weapon in connection with the  September 2018 shooting death of Melvin Hyde.

Deputies reported finding Hyde, 56, at 14635 Columbia Highway on Sept. 9 suffering from a gunshot wound. Giles EMS provided aide to Hyde who was pronounced dead at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System Pulaski

Dimarco  is being held in the Giles County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
