A traffic stop by a Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputy led to the confiscation of more than a gram of methamphetamine and  pills.

Members of the department’s interdiction team stopped a vehicle driven by Monique Ann Harrison on Fall River Road.

Harrison was operating the vehicle on a suspended license and the responding deputies identified a passenger, Joseph Kyle Bradley, who was wanted by the department for an outstanding arrest warrant.

A search of the vehicle yielded approximately 1.4 grams of methamphetamine, five grams of marijuana, one gram of heroin, oxycontin pills,  oxymorphone pills,  suboxone pills, a meth pipe, and rolling papers. All drugs and paraphernalia items were subsequently seized by officers including $584 in cash.

Harrison was arrested for driving on a suspended license and Bradley was arrested and charged with possession of a Schedule I drug for resale, possession of a Schedule II drugs for resale, possession of a Schedule III drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
