Tennessee Highway Patrol David Hill arrested James Curtin Sheets, 23, of Springfield, Ohio during a routine traffic stop.

Sheets was charged with Simple Drug Possession for Casual Exchange and Driving on Revoked License.

He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on Monday, May 14th at 8 a.m. to answer both charges.
