A Lawrenceburg mother of a child beaten to the brink of death has been arrested while out on bond.

District Attorney Brent Cooper confirmed Tuesday that Brooklyn Tidwell was arrested and charged for shoplifting.

Tidwell was charged earlier this year with Aggravated Child Neglect of her daughter and was free on $50,000 bond.

The District Attorney's office says they will file a motion to revoke Tidwell's bond.

Tidwell was booked into the Lawrence County Jail today.
