The Second Annual Hats & Horses Race for the Roses Mother-Daughter Tea will be held at 6 p.m. Friday at the Pulaski Recreation Center.

 Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 8 and under. Proceeds benefit Leg Up Therapeutic Riding Center.
