Complaints from city workers concerning trash poly carts not placed correctly throughout the city were discussed during the Pulaski Mayor and Alderman's meeting on Tuesday.

According to Mayor Pat Ford, residents should point the arrow located on top of the cart toward the street. If this does not happen the lids are torn off when the machine wraps around the cart, he explained.

Ford said the city has replaced over 200 lids, which is very costly.
