Allen Michael Smith, 26, was arrested Wednesday by the Ardmore Police Department and charged with evading arrest; resisting stop arrest and  public intoxication.

He is being held in the Giles County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Smith is to appear in General Sessions Court on March 5.

Other arrest include, Wesley Keith Poarch, 36, of Pulaski, charged with public intoxication. Bond was set at $250 and court date is Tuesday, March 5.

Pulaski Policeman Cory Medley was the arresting officers.

Jana Sharline Haynie, 52,  charged with domestic assault. Bond was set at $1,000 and her court date is March 5.

Arresting office was Emmett Slone of the Giles County Sheriff's Department.

Joshua Dewayne Simmons, 29, was charged with Violation of Probation in Circuit Court. He is being held in the Giles County Jail without bond. His court date was set Monday, March 18.
