Three family members were arrested Saturday in Iron City after Wayne county officers attempted to serve a warrant.  

Media sources report, officers responded to a residence on Butler Road to serve a warrant on Andrew Joel Bratcher, 30, for an incident that occurred on October 20th

Bratcher received one thousand one hundred and seventy dollars from the Bank of Collinwood that did not belong to him and refused to return it.  

While attempting to serve the warrant his mother, Teresa Bratcher, 54, and wife Monica Marie Bratcher, 27, allegedly yelled, pushed and blocked the officer. All three were taken into custody.  

Joel Bratcher is charged with theft over one thousand dollars and resisting arrest, he was booked into the Wayne County Jail on $11,000.00 bond. Both Monica Bratcher and Teresa Bratcher were charged with resisting arrest, and were booked into the jail on $1,000.00 bond each.
