The Tennessee Highway Safety Office is partnering with law enforcement agencies throughout the state this week to enforce distracted driving and other motorist laws.

'Operation Incognito' will bring saturation patrols to high-risk construction zones, utility maintenance zones, and other areas. Officers will also be enforcing the 'move over' laws. The operations starts on Tuesday with what has been dubbed the 'bus tour' in Nashville, Memphis, Fall Branch, Chattanooga, and Knoxville.

These bus tours will utilize large black and tan buses used by the Tennessee Highway Patrol to observe traffic violations. Sheriff's departments throughout the state will also be assisting. The last tour saw 1,816 citations issued statewide.
