The Giles County Sheriff’s Office needs help identifying a gunman who shot a man in a local club parking lot.

The incident happened around 2:30am Sunday at the Watering Hole Lounge just off I-65 in Giles County.

Multiple cameras inside the club revealed a very chaotic, violent scene. Fights erupted inside, and out in the parking lot.

Lt. Shane Hunter who’s investigating the incident, says the motive for the violence is not clear, but it appears that the gunman touched an entertainer and that entertainer was dating the victim.

But the man identified as the shooter is seen many times in the surveillance footage. In one video you can see he's flashing a 380 semi-automatic pistol as he walks through the club.

“We have information that he is in the general middle Tennessee area,” said Lt. Hunter.

If you have any information or know the identity of the alleged shooter, contact the Giles County Sheriff's Department.
